DEPOSIT

A deposit of eur 700, as stipulated on the booking form, must be handed over to Kalhøj Boatcharter when the charterer takes over the vessel.

This deposit will be returned by Kalhøj Boatcharter to the charterer when the vessel is returned at the scheduled time at the port of embarkation, duly cleaned, free of damage to vessel and equipment, and without any thirdparty claims having arisen during the contract period or as a consequense thereof.
